About the Role:

Wayfair is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:

    • Provide regular updates on resolution progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
