About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Bristle Health. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service department, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience while interacting with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues or questions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to address customer concerns effectively.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis.
- Identify and report product or service issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (training will be provided). Bonus if you have experience with Intercom and Shopify.
