Job Summary:Wayfair is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers and contribute to the success of our dynamic e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately enter customer orders, returns, and exchanges into our database
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications and data entry software
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is an asset
- Training will be provided for the right candidate
