As a Service Team Leader, you will deliver valuable customer experiences and exceptional service every day. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are kept, designed and recorded, and ensuring that the store is stocked. WHAT TO DO
Provide exceptional service to our customers using our C.H.A.R.M service model
Promotes consistent performance standards, both on the market floor and in back office management, through mentoring, training and accountability.
Make sure the back room is organized to identify the items needed
Keep the market down with all the right products
Record and accept all incoming shipments and merchandise
Help lead the store team to meet and exceed all performance metrics including sales, recognition, customer service and more
Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and meet store hours and monitor daily activities in the building
Actively participate in creating a team environment, sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns while honoring Crocs Inc. principle
Learn and assist in various store departments including customer service, product knowledge and placement, display and warehouse management.
Supports team members in the execution of day-to-day business operations i.e. management and use of POS systems, replenishing inventory, assisting with pricing and time stamp processes, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining availability white and recovery standards, etc. Follow Crocs’ asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Must be 18 years of age or older
2 years total retail experience, successful candidates will have previous store management experience.
You are a clear leader; You like to challenge, empower and drive team results
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with store teams, project managers, regional managers and corporate partners.
Desire to succeed in a high growth and fast paced business environment
A flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and frequent travel is essential

Ability to move merchandise on a daily basis using appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor

Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours per shift and continuously in all areas of the store daily
Ability to stand, walk, kneel or balance for long days is also required
Ability to read instructions, reports and information on a computer screen / logbook and enter information into the computer on a daily basis
