Full Job Description:
The End User Associate IT Engineer will provide end user support for the Crocs Fulfillment Center. This role will proactively manage end user hardware, user accounts, and various systems and applications used in the fulfillment center. Responsibilities include responding to and resolving issues and requests submitted by warehouse staff and working closely with staff/business management to understand requirements, priorities and manage their expectations.
Main Job:
Provide evening technical support for hardware / infrastructure services of our distribution center
Follow established processes and procedures for providing high-quality end-user support to resolve technical support issues. Maintain laptops, phones, office equipment and tools to diagnose and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
Follow the escalation and notification process for activities and issues of critical operational importance
IT Technical Support:
Install, configure and manage personal computers, printers, Windows networks, workstations, network cables and other related equipment, devices and systems; adding or upgrading printers and similar equipment as required. Need a job
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree required or relevant previous experience
Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years of extensive end-user technology experience in a global organization (Preferably retail)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience in warehouse support
Must have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of personal computing devices and warehouse technologies
Experience supporting mobile devices running Touch Warehouse is a plus
Registered support device experience with SOTI mobile device management
Strong knowledge of multiple warehouse and end user technologies
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives, as a team player, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate strong technical and decision-making skills.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills can present ideas in friendly language and focus on practical ideas.
A highly self-motivated individual with a “sense of urgency” who can be part of a highly productive team.
