The Healthcare Management team is looking for an experienced Business Marketing Analyst who is passionate about finding opportunities to make an impact and solve problems. Strong, detail-oriented worker with a good communication style and a strong drive to achieve department goals.

The Asset Management team focuses on managing the movement of business operations for IT assets and equipment throughout their life cycle, from acquisition to disposal, including managing the relationship between hardware and software on Costco sites. Our team is focused on managing software compliance, identifying savings opportunities and demonstrating license agreements to all stakeholders. We are looking for an Integration Scientist in a non-process role to lead the development of IT processes and positively impact all of Costco IT. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and dedicated team working together to develop and maintain effective financial management. Responsibility

  • Create and maintain procedures and information. This can include policy statements, user lists, process flows, or solution history.
  • Initiate collaboration with internal teams and suppliers and support team members in problem solving.
  • Support the development of the ITAM management manual and other regulations. This can include supporting existing content management systems, creating new content, or updating policies as needed.
  • Support for new SAM release candidates.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through optimization, continuous improvement of processes and implementation of best solutions.

Important

  • 2+ years of asset management experience with superior commercial experience; Or the equivalent of inventory/materials management knowledge.
  • Good understanding of hardware and software asset life cycle and procurement processes and procedures; From purchase to disposal.
  • Knowledge of using Excel to analyze the data proposal. Includes experience with pivot tables and formulas and the ability to compare different data.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems analytically, comprehensively and effectively. You can compare and analyze data on different parameters, communicate and understand root causes and propose solutions. Other teams can join if needed.
  • Someone with a positive attitude, able to work independently and independently with a sense of belonging and urgency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with suppliers, cross-functional teams and all levels of Costco.
  • Experience in successfully managing multiple projects and operations
  • Excellent work skills and the ability to be important in the pre-game days and final days.
  • Willing to receive guidance and training from management and peers. Good relationship with the team.
