Solution architects make recommendations based on current state analysis, design or update technology solutions to solve complex DR IT service continuity/resilience teams, and test solutions integrate software into the appropriate design, especially with regard to disaster recovery. Focus on data centers or cloud solutions. Solution Architects will lead the industry in enabling teams to identify innovative solutions for business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR). Responsibility:
- Use good judgment to provide Costco with unbiased recommendations on BC/DR properties.
- Recommend solutions that will deliver enterprise-wide critical technology solutions to meet RPO and RTO requirements.
- Document and develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s existing infrastructure, cloud architecture and technology portfolio.
- Ensure that the application, existing systems and cloud architecture align with the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Design, document, communicate and maintain systems and software systems as required.
- Design, build and ensure compliance with building standards throughout life.
