  • SAP HCM Time Functional Analyst works in the SAP Competence Center to develop and manage SAP configuration and related processes in both SAP Base Configuration, Transports, Development and Reporting, and must have a good background in SAP scheduling and allocation. and organization. The candidate must maintain the structure and source code according to company policy. Collaborate to provide exceptional service support. Assist company staff in developing, implementing and reviewing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance. The SAP project analyst will follow all change management procedures, work instructions and standard operating procedures in support of existing projects, requested improvements and development of new projects. Contribute to the design of these processes, including continuous improvement to maintain SAP as a SOX compliant solution. The SAP Operations Analyst will work with, train and lead other Competency Center employees within the Payroll and Time team.

Needed:

  1. 3+ years of SAP planning experience in the business area with SAP ERP 6.0 HCM or above with strong experience in time and planning planning. 3+ years of supporting experience in timely and systematic investigations related to scope and problems.
    Good understanding of SAP Payroll. Strong knowledge of related business and implementation processes in SAP HCM.
    Good understanding of integration between SAP modules. Ability to be proactive and able to take full responsibility for module development activities.
    Motivating, flexible, open to learning new things, strong focus on customer needs. Must have the ability to work under limited supervision and demonstrate an excellent sense of urgency.
    Work with system analysts, developers and owners to implement SAP system integrations, changes and upgrades. Critical thinking, analysis, problem solving, problem solving and problem solving skills.
    Ability to prioritize, monitor and manage the progress of projects. Good understanding of company IT policies, procedures and standards.
    Good decision making ability. Must be willing to work nights and weekends and provide on-call support as needed.
