This position will be responsible for creating detailed business requirements, process diagrams, user journeys, and other standard analysis materials as appropriate. This role will be involved in the implementation of programs/events, as well as supporting multiple customers and partners during the project life cycle to help understand business value and define the organization of business needs and journeys employees that will make the business profitable. solutions and process technology.

WORK:

Identifies and communicates requirements, risks and issues that may require changes to the plan or scope. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that acceptance criteria are easily translated into test scripts.

Leads and participates in user acceptance/demonstration testing for verification of implementation requirements prior to deployment. Helps development teams translate business requirements into functional or non-functional specifications.

Possess product knowledge and process improvement skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver solutions. Identifies, builds and manages relationships with stakeholders (i.e. business partners, employees, suppliers, customers, project team members and executives).

Analyzes project complexity, assumptions, constraints and background to determine appropriate business analysis methods. Leads requirements collection and project scope.

Manages product improvement requests and recommends/provides feedback to the development team for implementation of improvements. Support the business after you create and/or help create new processes and procedures.

Identifies and solves problems, often anticipating problems before they arise or develop; develops and evaluates options and implements solutions. Identifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing efficiency through continuous process improvement.

Relationships with stakeholders and organizations:

Determines business impact and relationship needs. Establishes and manages business relationships, including business partners, end users, vendors, customers, project team members, and executives.

Interact with technical teams to translate project specifications into technical solutions.

Promotion and communication:

Ensure that the appropriate actors are engaged and have access to the information needed to capture and support requirements, travel and more.

Organizes and collects large amounts of information from stakeholders. Create business analysis tools (use cases, customer journeys, business models, etc.) to document “as is” and “future” requirements.

Supports various containers in understandable form and presentation. Leads and participates in business and employee acceptance meetings for approval of requirements.

Requirements Management System:

Effectively generates requirements based on well-identified factors. Ensure that all requirements and methods support the creation of business value, achieve goals and objectives, and meet team needs.

Collaborate with solution architects, design professionals, software developers, and other project stakeholders to design unique user experiences. Analyzes and evaluates the current user interface and suggests usability improvements.

Conduct competitive analysis to better understand interactive solutions. Create interactive simulations/prototypes to help project teams, stakeholders and users explore and understand proposed business solutions.

Manage demand, discovery and future use. Identifies and communicates risks and problems that may require changes in plans or scope.

Wanted:

At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and e-commerce. Deep understanding of business motivation needs and team management.

Expertise in requirements gathering, business marketing, user journey/documentation, project monitoring, and use case design. Advanced level in business process development, data and analysis tools/tools (SDLC, business process models, use case models, creating context diagrams, functional decomposition).

Good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills; demonstrated team building skills and the ability to influence and motivate other reporting members in the organization. A critical response has a strong sense of urgency.

A person who is good at solving problems with the ability to quickly develop solutions that will work. Able to work independently.
