Responsibility
- Automate, document, report, teach, delegate and improve processes.

- Experience using Cisco Unified Compute and Dell Server products (Cisco UCSM, Cisco UCS Central, Cisco Intersight, Dell Openmanage Enterprise) and their features.
- Understanding of SAN storage concepts (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, RAID, storage units) and networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, ACL, firewall, SD-WAN, NSX-T).
- Troubleshooting, updating and repairing VMware products.
- Proficiency in two or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Python or JavaScript).
- Knowing how to use suppliers’ APIs.
- Ability to provide advice on VMware topics and design with members and other groups of colleagues.
