The Domain Services Infrastructure Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide support, implementation and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows systems across the enterprise, including including directories and self-monitoring. Design, build, and manage the deployment and management of IT infrastructure while using new technologies to support Costco’s Microsoft domain. Serve as primary contact for internal/external clients, project sponsors, contracted vendors and/or consultants. Share the process improvements your IT organization needs. Prepare and present reports on the evaluation of services and the progress of projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, federation, Windows Server OS, Windows Security, AD proxy, virtual directory solutions, and other technologies.

  • Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs while establishing and maintaining security processes and standards.

  • Serve as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, providing guidance and direction to resolve escalations and/or production, implementation or body issues.
  • Serve as first line of support for additional business issues that cannot be resolved by Tier 1 and 2 server support.
  • Perform routine maintenance, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server equipment, systems and critical systems, review processes and applications, and identify check the completion of the assigned tasks.
  • Installed, configured and managed Active Directory and third-party products for corporate hardware devices.
  • Create and maintain technology documentation including proper setup, configuration and troubleshooting steps.
  • Improve existing processes by resolving recurring issues and improving existing solutions or information.
  • Connect with external experts and industry leaders to advance Active Directory and GPO frameworks.
  • Developed an understanding and knowledge of supporting Active Directory infrastructure in an enterprise environment and knowledge in conjunction with a cloud environment (Azure).
