Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescription processing and patient care.
- Conduct medication therapy management reviews to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide support for specialty pharmacy services, including prior authorizations and insurance verifications.
- Assist with medication adherence programs and patient education initiatives.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and electronic health records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a clinical or specialty pharmacy setting.
- Experience with medication therapy management and patient counseling preferred.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
