Full Job Description:
Netflix is the world’s leading entertainment service with subscriptions in 190 countries to enjoy TV series, documentaries and movies in different genres and languages. Members can view what they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen. Members can play, pause, and resume viewing, all without ads or commitments.
The Photo & AV Studio team is in the unique position of bridging two worlds in the entertainment industry: photography and AV equipment design and global communications strategy. We specialize in filming and creating photo and video assets that shape, promote and support our social media for Netflix-produced content, including series, movies and documentaries.
Simply put, we create content that compels people to watch our shows through earned media!
Work:
Which photo will be distributed in the newspaper? Which videos will get audiences and editors interested in new shows? How can we make the main discussion more meaningful? How can we be smart and tell different stories in different countries through shows? These are just a few of the opportunities you have to offer in this job. We’re looking for someone with a plan to lead an AV PR campaign for the Netflix brand – photos, videos, the next big thing. Our content stands out and resonates with companies and consumers, driving them to watch Netflix content. This role requires a high level of creativity, a resourceful, innovative and driven personality, and a concise communicator with a strong project management background. Being a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt and get the job done is important, as is the ability to plan and multitask. You will work on TV shows/films, art, artists and events within the Netflix Turkey PR team. Building relationships and working independently in a fast-paced environment will be key to success. We don’t focus on job titles at Netflix, but hire exceptional, high-performing people who work well with the resources and freedom given to them to do their jobs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the common sense to make good decisions, think critically, and motivate colleagues to do the same. Read our custom notes to learn more.
