Promote the commitment, development and performance of all team members. Create and maintain a collaborative, safe and clean workplace while ensuring compliance with the basic safety program.
Works proactively to ensure effective and timely communication of company, plant and department information to managers, peers and team members, including supervisors, managers and partners. Support all manufacturing and distribution purposes. Brief the manager about the team’s progress while removing known and reported obstacles and obstacles. Timely and accurate and documented team member tracking time (eg absenteeism, sick leave) using time tracking tools.

Continually improving the level of safety, service and customer service provided to our customers using KAIZEN and LEAN processes and procedures. Work effectively and efficiently to ensure that customer needs are met in a safe and healthy work environment.
Demonstrate and understand safety as our core value and follow important safety measures as outlined in our safety policy; strengthen and train others to do the same. Understand and follow established safety guidelines, following all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, locks, tags).
Act as a facilitator of safety changes (eg, CPR/First Aid certification; active safety committee participation, safety plan for department). Supports food safety, legal and quality programs.
Maintain product quality by adhering to good manufacturing practices, preventive food safety controls, product specifications and quality procedures. Analyze and document quality metrics using analytical tools.
Perform other duties as required in support of business objectives and Starbucks mission and values.

High School / GED or 4 or more years of US military service
