Demonstrated track record of consulting and developing channel growth strategies with partners; Experience as an account manager for a mobile device or hardware company preferred. Strong understanding of the consumer electronics and mobile devices industry, including channel partner areas, market trends, challenges and opportunities.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and creativity skills to develop effective research methods and translate strategies into practical and measurable actions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate research results in easy-to-understand business terms for multiple partners working in a multi-directional manner.
Experience collaborating on projects with geographically dispersed teams in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively, build internal and external relationships and influence key stakeholders on strategy, resources and budgets.

– Build deep relationships, negotiate events, and develop capabilities to achieve unique physical and digital customer experiences and results that benefit Apple and our partners. – Maintain an in-depth understanding of US retail, channel, and carrier industries, including customer profiles, market trends and challenges, related solutions, and competitive landscape.
– Develop a comprehensive account strategy that aligns with our partner strategy and expands Apple’s footprint. – Work with internal and external partners to develop exciting new growth opportunities, drive key marketing initiatives and ultimately drive sales through our partners.
– Manage key performance indicators that support growth and ensure the overall health and well-being of our account plans. – Directs execution and mobilizes resources to drive projects, achieve goals, and cover daily operations
