Apple’s Manufacturing Systems and Infrastructure (MSI) team is responsible for collecting, organizing, and tracking all manufacturing data for Apple. We are a cross-functional team that solves complex software engineering problems across multiple Apple manufacturing projects.
We solve problems of scale. Are you interested in the concept of distributed systems and solving scaling problems?
3 years of experience in software engineering
Experience with real-time distributed systems and real-time data pipelines
Experience working collaboratively at all stages of the product life cycle (prototype and production)
Experience with Golang, SQL, NoSQL databases, Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is a plus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to solve distributed system problems on a large scale, and work with various partner teams such as: ML, Data Science and Operations teams. Brief communication is the key to success. Some of the tools and technologies we use include GoLang, Python, Key-Value store database, Kubernetes. Knowing these things will be useful.
