The AppleCare Instructional Designer works with business partners to identify training needs and develop instructor-led, web-based and virtual training using technology tools and new solutions. We work with many groups to hopefully be able to lead conversations, plan solutions, and personalize learning for our consultants who meet them “in the field”.
Create materials that reflect student understanding through relevant activities, set measurable learning goals, and facilitate transfer, retention, and use. In a solid place of power in a good deal, a role is a traditional work, you can work in the last time with a minimum of care.

In this position, we will create and improve performance to support Applecare consultants. You should present your ideas based on your experience. We work with our partners to conduct a learning needs survey and develop learning objectives based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. You will create activities tailored to the targeted learners. You must work closely with experts to create, review and maintain educational content. Your responsibilities include developing valid assessment questions related to your learning objectives and research questions and updates. At Apple, we don’t settle for “good enough.” We must keep the training of our advisors up to date.
Education and knowledge
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Masters or higher degree in a related field.
