As a Digital CX Specialist, you will be responsible for growing digital sales (including omnichannel from digital for in-store delivery or driving) with the best business partners, including defining and implementing generation traffic and education programs, CRM campaigns, understanding performance goals, and optimizing customer journeys to achieve conversion goals. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and digital site programs by working with the marketer to create and implement digital account strategies, promotional roadmaps and online marketing programs. You will learn from the web collection and deepen your skills in working with e-commerce and CRM to make decisions, together with your business partners, which will increase market share on the platform, create encourage and build on Apple’s growth in digital channels.
The right to head
3+ years of related sales/marketing experience with a diverse focus on selling to leading e-commerce/marketplace and retail partners. Minimum of 5 years of digital/on-site marketing experience or equivalent experience
Passion for e-commerce and CRM across digital channels, traditional e-tailers and social commerce
Experience working with creative and UX teams to create unique customer experiences and define the purchase journey
Demonstrated growth by driving new digital marketing and performance supported by e-commerce data analysis and financial KPIs.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and creativity skills to develop strong research methods and translate strategies into practical and measurable actions; Expertise in web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate research results in easy-to-understand business terms for many partners working in multi-directional work. Ability to communicate effectively, build internal and external relationships and influence key stakeholders on plans, resources and budgets.
Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and project management
In this role, you will:
– Transform the customer experience (CX) for better business Buy at Costco focus on sales growth while managing the best Apple CX. – Collaborate with sales managers to develop new digital marketing strategies, timelines and strategies that support and improve sales of Apple products sold at Best Buy and Costco.
– Effectively manage CX CX and Product Page CX for the US constantly evolving to achieve business goals, add unique capabilities, and meet and exceed market growth. – Study the execution of the global program.
– Use online KPIs, web analytics and performance metrics to analyze, develop and implement growth programs, insights and opportunities on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. – In conjunction with AE Sales, conduct weekly and monthly business analysis with Apple’s cross-functional team and sales team, as well as global teams.
– Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to ensure the customer experience and marketing plan support forecasts.
