The Apple Media Products (AMP) Video team is looking for professional media professionals to work with third parties and manage Apple media. You will join a hardworking and collaborative team within an inclusive, creative and pragmatic streaming engineering team. We provide compelling and effective solutions that deliver a great streaming experience within the Apple TV app ecosystem.
Important Skills:
- 3+ years of broadcasting (and streaming) experience
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Know how to explain and deal with situations
- Understanding of IP video and audio protocols and codecs such as SMPTE ST-2110, JPEG XS, SRT, NDI, Dante, Zixi, etc.
- Knowledge of video and audio signal flows, workflows, protocols and codecs
- Basic knowledge and skills in coding languages such as Python and bash scripting
- Knowledge of hardware and software system
Explain:
Work effectively and efficiently across multiple internal and external teams to understand processes, operations and issues. Contribute to the development of information systems and services in the cloud computing and computing environment. Real-time problems, real-time operations and systems.
