As an iPhone Account Executive, you will collaborate internally and externally to formulate, present and implement strategies and grow business with partners who resell Apple products, driving towards a sales target. He will leverage his deep industry knowledge to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and build momentum that impacts individual accounts and builds on Apple’s growth within the reseller channel.
Key Requirements
Proven experience with consulting sales and developing channel growth strategies with partners; Experience as an account executive for a mobile or hardware company is preferred. In-depth knowledge of the mobile device and consumer electronics industry, including the channel partner landscape, market trends, challenges and opportunities.
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and creativity to develop strong analytical approaches and translate strategy into practical and measurable actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate analysis findings in easy-to-understand business terms for a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
Experience collaborating on projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly structured and fast-paced environment. Ability to network effectively, build internal and external relationships, and influence key stakeholders regarding partner strategy, resources, and budgets.
In This Role, You:
– Build deep relationships, negotiate schedules, and build capacity to deliver an exceptional physical and digital end customer experience with results that benefit Apple and our partners. – Maintain deep functional industry and channel expertise of US consumer carriers and retailers, including customer profiles, market trends and challenges, partner solutions, and competitive landscape.
– Develop comprehensive account plans that align with our partner strategies and expand Apple’s footprint. – Work with internal and external partners to develop new and exciting growth opportunities, drive relevant market activity and ultimately secure sales through our partners.
– Monitor key performance indicators that support growth and help predict the overall health of our charts of accounts. – Promote execution and raise resources to move projects forward, achieve goals and cover day-to-day activities
