The Device Advisor team is looking for a strong Program Manager to help drive the planning and development of devices that support AppleCare Advisors and Contact Center initiatives as Apple introduces new product models. and New Challenges for Counselor-Based Support.

Experience with live customer support for complex issues is a plus.
Knowledge and experience of project/program management systems – Six Sigma, PMI or other asset related certifications. Experience managing projects/programs of all sizes, including large contact center operations or support initiatives, preferably with a focus on contact advisory tools.
3 years of experience in project/program management
Good knowledge of AppleCare contact center tools and processes preferred
Good communication skills

Ability to nurture and develop relationships within working groups

Key Functions Will Include:
Design, analyze, develop and manage strategic improvement and new program initiatives for Apple Support business. Analysis of current state tools and processes for process changes to improve the contact point and help achieve their overall business goals.
Gathering and documenting business requirements and clear ideas is an important part of this job. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives of different sizes, from research to implementation (from specific groups to the global landscape).
Represents the Advisor Platforms team in general program support with other internal teams, third parties such as vendors and sometimes customers, to ensure that Apple’s services and support are included. Coordinate efforts and ensure internal teams are informed of new events in other Apple areas.
Ensure that work is delivered on time, within budget and consistently across major programs/projects. Ensure effective and efficient program introduction and implementation by managing strategic support efforts with operational partners.
Ensure alignment of the strategy with the company’s vision, strategy and implementation within the company. Act independently and as a high level contributor in determining project direction and often as a team leader on large and complex projects.
Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy policy. Travel is required as this is a global role.
