We are looking for a leader with experience working in support who is familiar – and interested in working with communication channels, including asynchronous messaging and traditional chat. This leadership role is responsible for owning the channel’s operational plan, including supporting the planning and execution process, and ensuring overall readiness for new product launches and adoption of new channel strategies.
