The Right To Head

Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management skills in a large inbound or multi-site contact center or logistics environment overseeing 15+ front-line employees.
Knowledge of contact center management tools, processes, procedures and performance metrics, with the ability to innovate and improve as needed.
Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners
Experience using technology to build team connections and build relationships
Demonstrates a strong interest in technology and the ability to manage organizational and technical concepts
Builds relationships and seeks to understand what motivates individuals
Drives the need for training and experience in staff development to achieve positive customer service results
Lesson plans can be developed that include performance evaluations and procedures
Leads the standard for high performance by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals
Strong and effective written communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to your target audience
