Full Job Description:
Processes accreditation and re-accreditation proceedings in accordance with departmental policies and procedures and in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations and accreditation agency regulations.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures the confidentiality and integrity of all aspects of the credentialing program and process, including the communication of information about donors and medical directors, approval committees and other internal departments, and management of data protection, relationships with suppliers and contracts. Can be used within the Department’s Manufacturing Database or Department of Accreditation Policy Committees to support the entire company’s accreditation process.
