Duties And Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you will play a key role in designing and implementing our HR strategy by delivering the user experience that works together on a daily basis. You will work with our business leader and keynote speaker to deliver practical solutions, working with HR in your area and your understanding, and collaborating with the Center of Excellence and the global HR team in the entire region world to design and implement important policies. You support the Business Department as an HR Business Partner by ensuring they are well prepared to meet the challenges of the future. Staying abreast of organizational changes with business and strategic planning and using HR data to make smart decisions is the foundation of your job.

Lead the local HR program and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of HR to support our employees

Drives the local HR function through innovation and independent thinking
Work with the Center of Excellence and global and regional HR teams to design and implement global and regional strategies and strive for an inclusive culture globally and within the market.
Drive local learning programs in collaboration with global learning teams, growing by addressing the market’s critical learning needs
Translate and present HR data to provide relevant insights into market-level issues. Lead the analysis of engagement analysis at the market level by generating key insights that define colleagues’ priorities and areas of focus for the coming year.
Required Skills:
Degree in applicable field of study
3+ years of relevant experience in a complex and international environment in an HR Business Partner role
Proven track record in developing and implementing effective concepts for various HR topics is important
Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a productive approach to deliver winning solutions for the business.
Understanding and experience of labor law; Careers council experience preferred
Strong skills, ability to collaborate, influence and manage conflict to achieve positive results; ability to challenge status quo
Ability to work effectively across the matrix at all levels
Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver complex messages
High motivation for results, focusing on achieving measurable results
Leadership experience with data and external input
German and English
