The Sales, Pricing, and Transformation (SPT) team is the business analysis and business decision arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering actionable insights to shape GCS’s growth and strengthen the culture of compliance and power management.
How can you make an impact on this project?
The Special Operations Manager within SPT Sales Enablement will focus on partnering with US SMB and Global & Large (G&L) sales accounts and development agencies. This position reports directly to the Vice President of SPT Sales Enablement and will focus on managing strategic initiatives that span across the sales and account development department. He will be the thought leader of the US SMB and G&L team leading on special projects, including annual strategic planning, learning and development, and operations and development. The manager will work closely with multiple partners including Operational Excellence, US SME Commercial Effectiveness & Governance, G&L Growth & Governance, SABE, Finance and other support teams.
The candidate is familiar with sales teams and account development, and will coordinate among key partners to ensure coordination and collaboration on priorities. He/she will have thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication and organizational skills, and have a proven track record of working independently and in a dynamic team environment.
Job Description:
Build strong relationships with US SMB and G&L account marketing and development teams as well as other business partners to understand business goals/challenges and design solutions.
Serve as a PMO to drive complex and business-critical initiatives from start to finish and execute in an agile manner
