As a team leader in the Centurion Travel Team, you will be dedicated to your team and our business by helping CRM achieve goals and supporting them in every way. You will be:
Lead and motivate 12-15 Centurion Relationship Managers across Australia
Improve performance with effective coaching and feedback
Use the combination of data and context to foster a high performance culture to ensure colleagues meet/exceed their goals
Resolve disputes and disputes, and manage cardholder satisfaction
