How can you make an impact on this project?
Troubleshoot, work under the general direction of the Director of Service Delivery. Collaborate with technology delivery managers to drive continuous improvement in quality and operational efficiency.
Provides communications for business customers in case of interruptions and assists in troubleshooting or providing additional information. Provides mentoring and coaching to colleagues and other service delivery staff.
Manage relationships with various vendors; working with partner groups (e.g. legal, marketing)
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service delivery area. Ensure that various actions and issues through organizing, providing routes, giving back, correcting and prevention are done to prevent recurrence. Ensure that service delivery is properly monitored and identify actions to maintain or improve service levels. Monitor and report on all production interruptions.
• You will plan, allocate and direct the efficient use of resources throughout the development lifecycle, across multiple development phases
• Monitor, control and report service delivery expenses
• Central point of contact for the business/development team or vendors who need assistance with problem resolution
• Analyzes problems, changes and queues of activities, implements compliance and authorization, root cause analysis and change quality objectives.
• Directs service delivery resources and resolves/prevents issues as required. Prevention includes ensuring that appropriate performance monitoring is available for critical applications.
• Monitors the quality of all vendor resources by reporting trends, issues and outcomes and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Tracks the resolution of any defects by the development team during the 90-day warranty period
• Conducting production assurance programs
• Enables vendors to meet metric goals for decisions and decisions
• Provides feedback on the customer contract review process
• Enables the use of technical capabilities to improve the design of technical solutions / improvements
• Assists in quality assessment by supporting quality assessment metrics and relevant variables
• Contributes to the development of policies and procedures for production and operations support services
• Provides compliance with the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) compliance process
• Conducts hardware and software troubleshooting in small markets
• Manage various relationships with local and global vendors to ensure long-term relationship value
• Provides advice and training to colleagues and assigns other tasks to improve the skills of the team as a whole.
