Accertify is a provider of fraud prevention, refund management, intelligence tools and solutions for customers in many industries around the world. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team to support our customers and manage their exposure to online credit card fraud.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support and configuration to customers regarding fraud, refund and payment gateway functionality
- Troubleshoot issues with clients connecting to the system. Monitor system alerts. Contact customer if data stream is compromised
- Development and dissemination of fraud prevention policies and procedures
- Configuring the Fraud Analyst user interface for specific clients
- Work closely with customers to define new features of Interceptas.
- Work closely with Accertify experts to assess and identify new technologies/fraud systems and adopt new systems and features as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations
- Maintain communication between external clients and internal departments, including account management, operations and development teams.
- Participate in meetings and collaborations.

This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication skills as well as a strong and dynamic approach to problem solving in order to deliver the best customer experience possible. Special skills include:
