Credit services and US collections
Purpose of this work:
The incumbent will be responsible for achieving credit and collection goals through effective team management and putting our customers first.
Functions:
Lead a team of 12-15 credit professionals in a 24/7 work environment
Meet collection goals and operational risk thresholds
Create goals and development plans for the team
Give lessons and feedback and communicate effectively
Communicate process updates, management communications and other changes/improvements in a timely and effective manner
Manage administrative tasks related to employees and departments in order to make the team work efficiently
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and execute on established plans
Inspire, inspire and share with your colleagues
Manage customer motivation calls and take second voice.
