The TLS Global Product Operations User Access Team manages/maintains power-related credentials, tools and TLS applications for Centurion and Platinum front-end user profiles. This team manages Centurion’s support level (chargeback, dispute) and backlog accounting system and provides subject matter expert Tech Care resolution channels.

Service delivery analyzer is for managing TLS CCP identity sets and identity and access (IAM) based on service type, as well as evaluating the impact of changes made to the software. This role is essential in representing the needs of the TLS CCP and working closely with product management, TLS operations and the AX technology team to ensure that application availability and user access are working efficiently. The analyst works as a technical/operational expert who works independently with limited instructions. TLS schools in Phoenix or the east use a hybrid or virtual mode of operation.

Work:

Review and document user profiles on the front end (identity pool, IAM identity, etc.) by role type; testing them and controlling their changes. Maintains billing codes and support status and billing system for Centurion members, revisions and disputes.
Assesses the impact on company tools and business processes to introduce or upgrade software and operating systems. Designs and plans end-user testing for new upgrades or initial software releases.
Performs “technical testing” and prepares to onboard new users to ensure features and applications are functional and accessible to new users. Reports opportunities to improve service quality or efficiency and represents the voice of the TLS staff in front of other internal team members.
Help establish team SOPs.
Does not require other company’s products and knowledge. Other services are provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a customer or product technical support position. 2+ years of experience working with the Amex IMSS cashback system developing reporting systems
Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to TLS CCP Identity Charity and End User Toolset.
Sharp analytical skills to assess the impact of environmental changes on end-user applications and services. Working knowledge of basic judicial structure and execution principles.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability in organizational, conceptual and logical problem solving. The ability to manage diverse and complex projects requires great planning and judgment.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required. The flexibility of working with different shifts to cover multiple time zones.
