Description:
The person qualified for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically and analyze data to contribute to program success. This project will focus on supporting risk reduction in the AXP environment through effective data-based reporting. The candidate will focus on providing excellent customer service, researching/evaluating new data streams and requirements as they are introduced, and supporting projects that facilitate continuous improvement of organization process. A successful candidate will also demonstrate self-motivation and flexibility to support the team with initiatives as needed. Use your research skills to define the future of how we protect our customers.

Responsible for maintaining data systems and providing support and information on multiple tools and services.
Career development of successful candidates will include:
Development and monitoring of database import/export procedures
Manage interactions with tools, including development requests and ongoing upgrades
Collaborate with team members and follow up on newly identified risks and create detailed reports or investigations
Develop and maintain ongoing reports or dashboards/reportboards
Arrange or attend meetings with customers and suppliers as needed
Follow the process and provide the necessary information and analysis
Collect, integrate, organize and analyze large amounts of data across IS and IT to uncover valuable data patterns about critical company performance.
