How can you make an impact on this project?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Incentive Manager to join the Performance & Insights team supporting the International Card Services (ICS) business. In this role, you will focus on the Consumer ICS portfolio and provide end-to-end management of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which includes:
Duo planning, design, adoption and launch process associated with ICS APAC sales promotion strategy and business partner engagement. Contribute to understanding international best practices and incorporate relevant ideas and learning into local incentive plans.
Report and audit related to SIP, for example, quarterly comparison of incentive payments and expected costs with sales volume, etc. Manage the creation and implementation of short-term incentive programs (ie sales contests).
Provide information and advice related to incentives
Ensure that incentive plans and programs adhere to American Express’s management principles and our governance process. Collaborate with key business partners such as National Key Leaders, General Managers, Planners & Analysts, Trade Incentives Design & Governance, Sales & Business Analytics (SABE), International Performance & Insights team, etc.
Support projects and processes in areas such as:
International and regional planning
Design and layout of the annual dashboard
Approval of colleagues
Conversion event
Occasional activities as required
Eligibility:
Significant experience in developing and leading sales incentive plans
Creative, analytical and results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations
Effective communication, presentation and skills apply at all levels of the organization
Strong business partner management background with proven ability to build and implement relationships
Demonstrated track record of handling multiple tasks effectively at the same time
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
A cooperative, team-oriented attitude is essential
Believe in yourself and have a strong ability to work independently
