As part of our technical team, you will be responsible for planning, leading and coordinating large strategic initiatives from inception to implementation. Leads projects and program teams and works with internal customers to establish and define goals/activities within the solution. He is responsible for managing costs/activities, resources, risks and issues to ensure that objectives are met. Provide regular updates on program status.

Creates a program plan and a high-level project plan of the company whose scope and approach are understood by all partners.
Facilitates project coordination and adjusts project scope, schedule and budget as required, based on objectives
Identifies and tracks key accomplishments and recommends changes to cross-functional team plans
Ensures accurate monitoring of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals in related applications
Monitors and communicates delivery progress and ensures timely and effective communication regarding cost, forecast, schedule and risk/issue analysis.
Communicates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resource levels are deployed and maintained during project implementation.
Anticipate program/project risks and issues and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are implemented to avoid delivery disruptions.
Effectively utilizes change management processes and procedures to manage scope, schedule and cost
Adds to ongoing process improvement or other engineering programs
Communicates with key partners regarding direction and changes in program plans
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Extensive work experience in business/industry, with demonstrated experience in leadership and project management roles
Ability to lead cross-functional, large/complex or multi-tasking activities
Ability to adapt to situations to solve problems and/or support quickly
Ability to communicate with all levels of government
Ability to communicate effectively and influence to achieve desired results
Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Financial studies to represent project/programme funding using internal instruments if necessary
Strong experience leading multiple projects or programs to work across
