Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone and chat inquiries about accounts in a streamlined, fast environment.
Support a customer first philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer inquiries. Support clients and businesses with financial requests
Solve customer problems and find out how to solve those problems.
Integrity: Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Banking experience required
Customer service experience (2+ years) with a passion for building customer trust through exceptional listening, consulting and resource building. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, structured and metrics-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; birth work available
Good attitude and ability to take feedback well and act on it quickly
Demonstrated confidence/self-motivation skills
