The Mid-Market Business Onboarding and Engagement team is specifically focused on transforming the multi-channel customer experience starting with the growth of new customers through the time they use the company card. Analyst, the marketing role is ideal for someone with exceptional project management, strong analytical thinking skills, and a passion for customer-focused content development through multi-channel surround sound strategies.
Main functions:
Develop and implement best-in-class communications focused on digital touch points (email and site) and instant messaging.
Analyze data to find areas of opportunity and make recommendations
Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver content, optimized targeting, and improved capabilities for email, site, and instant messaging.
Stay in touch with external companies, from creative development to flawless execution
Provide marketing managers with regular media analysis reports with actionable recommendations. Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and platforms
Act as a point of contact with our compliance and legal partners, as required, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
