You will be part of a team of investors and entrepreneurs responsible for delivering a global cardholder experience across multiple channels, including core and API. You will be challenged to identify new ideas and proof of concepts to meet our customers’ current and future needs.

How can you make an impact on this project?

Performs software development and testing tasks
Role as an agile team leader driving user story research and development, software design and development, testing, and building automation tools.
Make continuous code changes and promote continuous improvement of code structure and quality
Uses visualization and other techniques to speed up thinking
Typically spends 90% of the time writing code, API definitions, performing code reviews and testing in ongoing sprints, or demonstrating automation concepts/tools.
Identifying opportunities to adopt new technologies
This “rebellion with a cause” looks beyond the visible for opportunities for continued progress.

Eligibility:

Software development experience in a professional environment and/or similar experience.
Familiarity with Agile or other agile development methods. Ability to build and manage large data pipelines using Kafka and RTF.
Hands-on experience in application design, software development and automated testing Exposure to distributed (multi-level) systems, algorithms and relational databases. Current knowledge of the payroll industry is highly desirable.
Move seamlessly across time zones, cultures and band levels. Communicate effectively with technical, operational and business personnel.
Must be willing and able to communicate new ideas, concerns and ideas directly to extended team members during team teleconference meetings. Attention to detail and precision is essential.
Must be hard working, enthusiastic, flexible and results oriented. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.
Extensive experience with Big Data technology tools (Hadoop, Hive, Event Engine, etc.) for large data processing, data transformation and machine learning pipelines. Experience with continuous integration with automated testing tools such as Jenkins, Artifatory, Git.
Experience working in an agile, test-driven development environment. Demonstrated intellectual and analytical skills, great attention to detail, team spirit, energy, teamwork, respectful and flexible manner.
