Within Global Strategy & Operations, Enablement Sales, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) is the business analysis and business decision arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering potential insights to support the growth of GCS. The SPT licensing team leads the tooling strategy for our more than 4,000 colleagues in the field (face-to-face) and mobile teams that manage new sales and retain existing business. We are responsible for collaborating across all GCS businesses – including sales and customer management, marketing, product development and operations to accelerate the growth of GCS businesses by facilitating B2B meetings and first-line and customer contact . This includes introducing new solutions and creating a road map for optimal engagement to deliver seamless, optimal sales to prospects and customers.

How can you make an impact on this project?
It is responsible for contacting customers with expired accounts to save the account. They also perform preventative maintenance to avoid future delays in high-profile media accounts.
Main Job:
Collaborate with internal customers, key stakeholders and partners to assess risk, support business process improvement and forecasting.
Create surveys to collect data and identify patterns, trends and insights for inventory analysis of current sales tools
Review systems, processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement or automation. Collaborate with design and technology teams to help test, pilot and deliver specific capabilities
Analyze and evaluate user requirements to create a solution that supports the overall business strategy.
Analyze the risks and impacts of change management, estimate the cost of alternative solutions and prepare presentations to discuss updates and roadmaps
Support and improve policies and procedures to improve performance
Create reports and presentations that summarize data findings to help make business decisions
Support the development of appropriate tracking and reporting for adoption and success metrics related to business imperatives.
