A Global Specialized Service Team (GSS) is responsible for managing our mobile partners, who support our service network. The Business Analyst will support the Amex security program in front of our office. These teams provide our banking clients with world-class service and expectations through immigration and immigration relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with our third-party bank business partners to deliver results, and they will develop and oversee materials to support our sales professionals. The successful candidate will provide data reporting, analysis, invoice management, monitoring/monitoring, project support and provide support to our internal and external partner management team.
Main Functions:
Development and maintenance of all procedures, job aids, training materials and other training materials related to Colleague Help partners.
Responsible for maintaining budgets and invoices
Analyze trends and develop change plans based on trends identified through self-testing (BST) and compliance data reporting.
Facilitate and conduct weekly process meetings and follow-up processes as required
Oversee the HR ID management process, GRAF updates and password resets for all assigned colleagues
Assist in the development of strategies and implementation of new operational strategies
Support and management of internal and external partners
Conduct and provide operational information (changes, gaps, required corrective actions, etc.)
Collaborate with multiple business units in a multi-level environment to drive metrics to stakeholders, customers and colleagues.
Acquire and deliver B2C services on Global Specialty Sites (GSS).
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
A self-starter with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a manager
Strong verbal and written communication
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority
Organized and detailed
Must be able to work effectively with multiple partners both within the organization and externally
