Job Description:
Liaising with auditors, team leaders and other management team members. Manage, update and report events directly to the department. Review time compliance (RTA) and report discrepancies to staff members. Record and manage the number of productive FTEs. Managing capacity for small systems. Work with the NOC team on short term forecasting, for displaced people and workers. Drop the cover; provide advisory support on the release of FTE and procedures.
Purpose Of This Work:
Address information systems, voice response and communications issues in the department.
Group, participation and direct communication. Raise awareness of RTA issues affecting employment status and aging targets.
Carefully identify opportunities for improvement such as team structure, hours of operation, and more. Manage outgoing contacts on the dialer, with minimal downtime.
Analyze and explain at any time the best time to contact card members to improve the number of contacts in this process. Analysis of incoming call patterns, procedures and staffing.
Functions:
Maintain strong relationships with team leaders and SDL to promote overall understanding and awareness of daily/weekly business impact. Details, meeting times, training times, and other events are not on the phone.
Change of rotation. 24X7 transportation team
