How can you make an impact on this project? The ITSM service delivery survey position is about helping the customer navigate IT service management solutions and processes. Service delivery analysts can have a great impact when working with different people to find a simpler and more effective way of working. The Project Delivery Analyst is responsible for removing roadblocks, resolving issues, and moving ITSM initiatives forward. In addition, this service delivery analyst will be responsible for the asset management process and asset life cycle. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide a seamless customer experience
Help the customer navigate the device and configuration
Liaising with product management and suppliers & partners to ensure the best quality non-standard power is produced for our customers while maintaining high standards.
Contribute to continuous service improvement by supporting best practices and assigned knowledge base
Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Product Architects, Technical Development, Third Party Vendors, and Data Quality to resolve issues and/or support and implement processes and technologies.
Contribute to innovation and automation
Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs
Provide analysis of data and/or documents to support process and/or research activities
Communicates problem situations, preventative solutions and resolutions to project managers, product managers, senior management and customers as required.
Manage day-to-day activities related to IT asset management and governance, including:
Collects information for software and hardware approvals, merchandise, and contract summaries. Conduct risk assessments and new software purchase orders to determine the level of license monitoring.
Ensure that all IT products are supported by the appropriate product owner. Ensure product, lifecycle, and installation data for IT infrastructure is accurate.
Conduct data analysis to ensure quality, obtain metrics, and ensure compliance. Ensure that required software licenses and license agreements are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for implementing and reviewing these agreements and product management summary regarding license conditions, risks and potential security opportunities. Respond to requests from third parties, including compliance and audit firms, for specific information about IT infrastructure management data.
Ensure IT infrastructure end-of-life standards and compliance procedures are managed and followed across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate for this position should be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks for a variety of people.
In addition, the applicant must have the following qualifications:
Experience in IT project management, preferably including specific experience in IT asset management, IT Asset Lifecycles and ServiceNow. 2+ years working in a large global company is a plus

Experience in data analysis (collection, analysis and processing of data)
Extensive Microsoft Excel experience
SQL experience in a relational database environment is beneficial
