Focus:
As a product manager for customer success management, you are a product expert who understands whether the technical aspects of a digital platform or tool can better explain how a colleague can get the most out of him. From a product life cycle perspective, you are an expert in market segmentation, delivering what is needed to support the markets that are critical to achieving adoption and realizing value. You work with managers and team members to develop vision, mission, priorities and backlog. You participate in all phases of educational campaign product development, from concept to content creation, test & learn and delivery within the company. When customer success is front and center, work with management, teams, and colleagues to define a product vision and strategy that aligns with the Digital Workplace strategy.
Understands and applies emerging market trends and standard processes
Identifying and/or developing new channels to deliver educational campaigns to our colleagues
Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in the development of content and media tools
Works with management to define and define long-term product plans with well-defined metrics and business goals
Supports the development of monitoring and reporting to track product performance after completion to identify future investments
Identify business risks, challenges, opportunities and recruitment needs
Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders
Converting the product strategy into an orientation program, content model, testing and learning, and ultimately enterprise-level delivery.
