Support the Vice President and senior advisors as needed. Raise legal questions with the Vice President and elders advice is required.

Effectively manage workload and outcomes. Support and guide lawyers when in doubt in deciding or fulfilling legal requests.

Evaluate performance and provide coaching for performance improvement and attorney development. Review the quality of lawyers’ work to ensure accuracy and quality in accordance with existing procedures and standards.

Conducts annual RFPA training and provides necessary guidance on other required training for the regulatory organization. Meet and negotiate with legal petitioners as needed.

Maintain the confidentiality of information from legal requests or other information provided by issuers. Contribute to the development or updating of various company procedures to improve and coordinate the processing of legal orders.

Provide management with clear reports and metrics on a regular basis regarding updates, team results, or any process in the organization of the policy. Support and collaborate with management on projects to improve data analysis and organizational structure to enhance and improve regulatory frameworks.
