We are looking for engineers with a strong foundation, which you can demonstrate through a combination of academic education, self-study, personal work, or formal work experience. If you don’t want to learn and write code, this is not the job for you. Please note that we are fully prepared to do this work.
Develop and implement expressive solutions, customizations, applications, extensions, and Salesforce integrations to deliver solutions that span multiple platforms and products.
Perform code reviews, ad-hoc two-way programming; Contributes to improving the tools, automation and practices used by the team
Develop and improve our CI/CD tools and processes
Make continuous code changes, use visualization and other methods to accelerate ideas and drive continuous improvement
Promote internal sources
Lead and direct a team of 5 to 8 junior engineers
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds
Ability to analyze business needs and design / plan solutions at various levels
Learn new technologies and create adoption opportunities
Coordinates and directs all solution processes in collaboration with product partners and engineering teams across our environment
Facilitate discussion to identify alternative or different ways to solve problems, remove barriers, and push for conflict resolution to ensure team productivity.
