The Amex Digital Labs team drives innovation at American Express by creating, incubating and managing the products and platforms that matter to our customers’ digital lives. We are an innovative global team that uses emerging technologies to develop digital payments and financial services products, AI-powered customer service solutions, and enhance team experiences. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer within Amex Digital Labs, the Associate Director will serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the Amex Digital Labs Product Team. This person will lead the overall collaboration, evolution and information for the product group within the Innovation Lab. They will be an important one who conducts it with a group of organizations, will take a particular sports and make the key to performance and product features.
Responsibility:
Manage investment plan, optimization and management of company ‘budget of the proposition (10-25% of time)
