Meeting summary:

Product and Partner Support (PPE) is part of American Express Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS). The group is responsible for configuring customers and internal systems of American Express, establishing connections (iVPN, MPLS/Ethernet and other types of connections) between customers and the American Express network, certification (guest rights, entry, product , together, etc.) . Our main customers are traders, manufacturers, network operators and acquirers. EPI’s mission is to ensure that our business partners can successfully transact business with the American Express network in accordance with American Express’ specifications, rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PPE Integration Analysts are responsible for leading integration efforts that help ensure customers can successfully connect to transactions across the American Express network. Successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers, managing integration projects (this includes supporting network integration, facilitating customer implementation and solutions and production that allows for adoption the cards) and professional representation of EPI to all customers. (internal and external).

Eligibility:

Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate in various business sectors. Knowledge of connectivity (IPs, iVPN, MPLS/Ethernet).
Have good customer service skills. Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
