The terms and conditions of this position are governed by the Transport Workers Union (TWU) / International Association of Mechanical Engineers and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Collective Agreement. • Assignment, Requisition, Receiving, Storage, Inventory Tracking, Payment, Transfer, Counting, Kitting, Inspection, Inspection, Exchange, Return to Factory, Release, Shipping, Delivery, Inventory Reorganization, Out of Stock Consumables/Inventory, Equipment , Consumables, Inventory management and warehouse of consumables including equipment and supplies in Tech Ops departments.
- Pick up and deliver products and materials to site, drive vehicles and store supplies. Delivery, transfer, preparation and acquisition of AOG and OTS sites. Receive and prepare shipments of goods and materials containing hazardous materials. • teaching materials ; carry, transport, empty and pull items from inventory; loading, unloading, packing and unpacking of goods; and other handicrafts.
- Stocks products in convenient and practical production specifications. • Keep work area and adjacent areas clean. We store products in accordance with company policies and practices regarding fire, safety and “good housekeeping”. Maintenance and service of equipment to keep it in good working order and condition and show the need for repairs.
- Work in accordance with FAA and company policies and procedures and instructions from managers or supervisors.
- Drive or direct electrical equipment such as ladders, stepladders, tractors with or without trucks, forklifts, trucks or other company owned trucks moving goods, materials and equipment, in relation to work.
- Use hand tools like power saws, hammers, pliers, screwdrivers and wrenches that are not difficult to maintain.
- Use commercial tiles, use cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, dusters, and mats, and use all tools and equipment, including machinery.

Minimum requirements – education and work experience
- High school diploma or GED and one of the following:
- Candidates must have completed two years (equivalent) of college or have obtained a certificate from a trade/technology school.
- 12 months or more of experience in a warehouse or similar facility that includes receiving, shipping and packing products by number and serial number.
- Ability to read, write, speak fluently and understand English or a language specific to your location.
- Valid driver’s license
- Complete all required certification tests, including handling hazardous materials. • Easy to read and write for writing letters and/or verifying words, as well as verifying business numbers, invoices, shipping charges, and shipping numbers as needed.
- Ability to distinguish colors. • Use basic arithmetic (add and subtract 6 digits).
- Must have knowledge and ability to use computer technology.
- Successful completion of qualification by meeting all qualifications specified in the Material Management System (MPSM) and passing the practical tests before the time to attempt to complete. • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions in accordance with company safety guidelines.
- Willing to work overtime if necessary, such as weather delays. • Ability to work weekends, holidays and weekends.
- Regular and timely sales training. • You must complete an FAA criminal background check to qualify for airport security access (AIDS).
- Ability to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security clearance. • This position is subject to drug and alcohol testing by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Previous employers will be contacted to determine if there has been a DOT drug violation and/or drug or alcohol denial within the past two years. Your DOT requires urine to be tested for cocaine, marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, and opiates.
