This full-time office position is based in our newly renovated Dallas / Fort Worth Reservations Center located at 4700 American Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76155. As a member of our Global Reservations organization, you will work alongside other team members . members in various offices around the world and provide high sales and service to customers. The successful booking representatives take care of people during the journey of life when they connect to customers and provide solutions to their travel needs.
What You Do:
It dominates several weeks of intensive formation and rapid rhythm in products, processes, policies and tools; and continues to learn with a recurring training every year
Manage contacts with Gold/Platinum/Platinum Pro customers and conquers your trust by providing solutions to their international prize trips
Provide assistance relating to the status of reserved accounts (for example, requests for prizes, current mileage levels, etc.)
Listen to the needs of customers and offer the options proactively
Generates tickets for the sale of income and related products/services
Offer a high level of customer service
He works full time, working continuously in a work station, with programmed breaks and lunch periods
I work in an operation that covers a 24 -hour period, which includes weekend, holidays and holidays and day/night/night laps that could vary throughout the year and, as determined through the offer of seniority
Sometimes extra voluntary hours are offered and they are required to work during the extra hours mandatory
