Watch the ticket area to ensure that it complies with security policies and procedures
Help customers with the recording of the self-service kiosk and the treatment of kiosk’s luggage (for example, shipping and receipts))

Troubleshooting kiosk technology problems to identify the source of problems or errors

Help customers check their assistance devices, sports equipment and other oversized items (for example, checking membership of appropriate policies)
Refer customers to customer service agents, if necessary
Make the clearance and verification of documents in the kiosks
Help with the physical movement of non -ambulatory customers when they get on board, move or move through the door and the largest terminal area
Help minors not accompanied in boarding, moving or any other transport
Provide customers information and instructions on the doors
Perform pagination activities (for example, to announce forgotten items, to ask customers to return to locked bags) (in certain airports)

Minimum qualifications – previous education and professional experience

Secondary or EDM diploma or international equivalent
Must be 18 or more
Read, write, speak fluently and understand the English language. Bilingual skills may be required in some areas
Valid driving license as required by local authorities
Completion of pre-employment drug screening, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements.
Must complete an FAA criminal background check to qualify for non-exempt opportunities in Airport Security Identification (AIDS), where applicable.
Must be able to obtain appropriate security badges from airport officials and/or US Customs, if applicable
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Candidate Qualifications – Education and Previous Work Experience

Working knowledge of Saber or any other travel service system
Previous face-to-face customer service experience
Works in a fast-paced environment
