This position is a supervisory management member within the Integrated Services department.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Workbrain Center (WBC). what to do
Performs day-to-day operations of WBC to ensure compliance with departmental objectives
Responsible for entering, reviewing and uploading hourly wage information for International Association of Machinists and Aerospace (IAM) employees
Ensure that IAM staff and related staff are properly compensated
Coordinates with managers/supervisors to ensure compliance with IAM standards
Try all the Brain program changes
Provides updates and instructions for managers/timekeepers
Make adjustments and resolve issues related to payroll, working hours, marketing, etc.
Shift work, weekends and holidays as required

Minimum Qualifications – Education and previous work experience
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or experience/education
2 years paid experience
2 years of work experience in Workbrain’s IAM program
Experience with database/reporting tools is essential to prepare reports for analysis

Managing IAM contracts
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good observational skills
Ability to develop training and test secanrios for WB change
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
